Done So i had my account hacked and some one changed the name

could u help me as my base and every thing is gone is it possible to get my island and items back?

Firstly, have you changed your password, and have you recoverd the account? those should be your top priority atm, after that an @Senior Moderator will transfer your items

 

My account was hacked once and i wrote to the customer service and they changed the name back. Maybe you should try that

 

he should also really change his password first, if it was hacked it's either someone he knew or someone kept trying, either way he needs to change the password and make it stronger

 

Yeah. And a anti-virus scan wouldnt be a bad idea either

 

also uninstall minecraft and re install it using a different file for storage, stuff is more likely to check the default folder, in addition try not to use the account on public computers as people can run keyloggers(even without admin permission) and decrypt the files in which the username is stored
