Hi, I very recently joined your Tekkit Legends server (approx. 2 days ago) and I was in need of an item, so I threw the question out to the chat to see if anyone had a blaze rod. 2 people said they did, one of which accepted my tp request to get it. upon arriving, he killed me with explosives and said "i didnt kill you, you died to a 'crepper'" so i asked him for my things back, and he said "no they blew up when you died to crepper". I believe that's evidence enough, both grief and stealing. i dont have chat logs but im sure you can see when they occured, it was around 4:35-4:50 PST.
