Implemented Store Purchases Not Credited

I made some purchases in the store almost an hour ago and I haven't received anything. I tried restarting my client, no luck. The buycraft confirmation appeared in chat, my inventory was empty, and the money is not in my account any more--how can I collect the things I bought?

 

I flipped over to Monster--I have the rank I purchased on that server, but not on Horizons.
