I am experiencing the same issue that was happening in: Done - Stuck in Nether / City Realm | MineYourMind Community (stuck in city as a sync clone, can't pick up items, can't interact, can't type in chat) however there's one other issue, the island that I have does not recognize me as it's owner. - The island is tagged with my name in the protection banner - I have permissions in the island - I do not have access to the /is command (it only has the join or new island options) so I was not able to set home on my island, :/ worried how I'll get back after the stuck in the city glitch is resolved.
