Decided Against Suggestion: player voted restart

    would it be possible to implement a plugin that allows for players to vote for an early server restart to potentially solve lag on the servers?

    We had this before, unfortunately it resulted in real issues not coming to our attention because the server was restarted before we got aware of them. This resulted in short uptime periods and degraded the game play experience.

    Not only that, the issue i had predicted (namely, every time it dipped to 5 tps for less than 1 second and if it was constantly at 15 tps people would vote to restart) happened SO often that it was unreal, so it had a multitude of issues and probably will never be enabled again

    a voting sytem to vote for skip this restart, with a coold down after 2 or with one to skip one but the next one to be forced
    ?
