I have seen this on other Servers, since Vote for MineYourMind - advanced modded Minecraft Servers and Community keeps a tab of votes, Maybe you can have top voter rewards every month. Since people can have the same amount of votes only award the people with the highest. So if the top at the end of the month is 31 then only people with 31 can claim a reward. Also if a player get consecutive months its a "larger" prize. Not sure what the rewards can be. Maybe come up with "mini" kits that players would like. Or Things like a Radio station on open blocks, Dragon egg, a Title, a /nick if wanted, or if possible shop points....ect. If a person get 2 months top maybe one of the /shop kits...ect.This server is by far the best modded server around, We are #3 in FTB Servers • Feed the Beast Server List (this recently changed) but on the site above We are #41. This could help push it to the top.
We have a similar topic with more content in the staff internal area. The main reason this hasn't been implemented is that we have the idea of a quite bigger system but not the time resources to translate it atm as the new 1.7 servers and getting the 1.6 system fully carried over to 1.7 with adjustments, rewrites and new plugins is on a higher priority for us.
