At first, switching dimensions would just take a very long time, but as of yesterday, 9 out of 10 times when i move between The End, Farmworld, Nether or Beneath, i get a time-out error and tossed into the server list. Could someone please take a look at that?

The disconnects are still happening, even more frequent than when i made this post. Especially when moving from the Farmworld and Beneath to the Overworld. [doublepost=1527535977,1527520495][/doublepost]I found a possible cause for the disconnects. It has to do with Age progressions. Im in age 5, so i can see almost every ore and block in the game. I just noticed, when i teleported from the farmworld to my claim in the overworld, that the glowstone blocks above my farm were displayed as regular stone. When you progress to a new age, your client lags in a similar matter because of all the changes in blocks. It could very well be related.
It has been reported to the modpack author, and they have yet to fix it, this maybe related to the Mekanism issue previously reported. (Mekanism was specifically targeted as a problem with staging and dimension issues.)
Try adding -Dfml.readTimeout=120 to your jvm arguments. This might prevent you from getting disconnected.
