I live on an island with CAlonghair, and he made the island before the thaumcraft nodes were added. Someone gave me 6 nodes, but they are not even close to 100 vis of each type that you get when you start out. I would like to get a replacement, with all of the good nodes, and I think I know a way how. If a new island is created, with the proper 6 nodes, the node in a jar spell could pick them up, then the new island could be deleted. If someone could do this for me, it would be awesome! I really do not want to start a new island just to get the proper nodes. -mthood
Sometimes even newbies have a small advantage. Sorry, I don't see the need and think it is only fair if newbies have a small advantage once and if you like you can start a new island.
