The Staff are Amazing

I see people saying the staff are lazy all the time and not that staff are amazing, heck a staff member even said that no one says amazing things about the staff. I always see staff members being outgoing and happy to help, even though they have a life of their own. When I go into their support channel on discord I normally get two staff members willing to assist, they try multiple times to fix an issue and try to do it speedily with their experience. So far I have yet to talk to all of the mods, but the ones I have talked to so far are amazing. Special thanks to Werwolfi_de, Aidoneus, ColinAndress, bigbluu722, Shalay, and Jitrid for being such nice people!

 

Thanks for the shout out our staff. Unfortunately when most players have interactions with us it is on one of the worst days of their minecraft lives so they aren't always so happy to see us. The staff is only as amazing as you the players we interact with! We all take a special joy on helping someone recover from the worst day of their minecraft lives!

I personally don't think people not having a good day when they meet staff is the reason for the hate posts. I think it is just easier to complain then it is to thank. When something good happens with a staff member people usually say thanks in the thread to direct it at the staff who helped. And they don't care if others see it as long as the staff it's directed at sees it. But if they have a problem with a staff member, that's when they want to make it public, they want to make sure that as many see it as posible, not just the staff that they had a problem with. Which results in most posts specifically mentioning staff being complaining related. It doesn't mean we don't love our staff, it just means we don't care if it's public knowledge most of the time
But we do care if a problem with the staff is public

Thanks for being so happy about my post, I just wanted to see the staff being appreciated more often, I'm going to go find the staff member who made me want to write a nice thing to the staff and give thanks to him also
