Ah here I am again! As most of you know, recently we here at MYM released the pack Continuum. Don't worry, it also took me two days to realize . Decided I'd come to share my opinion and here some of your opinions! I haven't played much of Continuum recently, since SevTech was just released, but it's definitely a lot different from the other packs I have played. The crafting mechanism is extremely unique, and overall I believe its an amazing addition to the pack. For a 1.12 pack, the server runs pretty well! I believe Continuum was a good test, and I thought it was funny to watch multiple people in global asking what Continuum was . Its great to see our community expanding to some of the newer experimental packs! How do you feel about Continuum? Drop your opinion in the poll, or leave a comment if you please!
So far its been great! Surprisingly, there has been pretty much no trolls or griefers so the players and community is awesome. With the server often being full, the TPS is always at 20 and there is essentially no lag. I like the progression and the difficulty.
It can be fun at times but even for an expert pack i'm starting to find it really, really insanely difficult. Whoever made the pack confused "annoying" with "challenge", because having to hand craft dozens of circuits is not fun or challenging in the slightest. Being slowed at every single advancement you can make in the game is normal too but like the extend of how much you are slowed down is just crazy. I find myself just watching Netflix while i mindlessly craft items and wait for things to finish. Of course, i aim to be in space by the end of the week if i can help it
I haven't had a chance to try it or even watch a video about it yet! The way Tystarchius describes it though sounds like it isn't quite the pack I want to add to my rotation right now.
Nice! Something I love about this modpack, not sure if it’s just a coincidence, is the biome generation. It has some pretty cool places to build/live with unique generation. There are mountains, flat lands, and uniquely formed hills that make it exciting to build and get creative.
Its not really a secret anymore, as almost everyones talking about it now, plus, SW has just added it to the MyM Launcher
I think the secret was over the first time people saw the server listing in the global chat on other servers such as Infinity. BTW you can hover your cursor over the server abbreviation if you do not know which server that abbreviation means for example DJ means divine Journey
I might join when I can pull my self awey from my bed after each work day whit this heat 25c each day iam completely wasted at 15:45 where iam off then il get home buuut I have to cheak out the new server looks and sounds good
