okay ... that is a real answer... i've been away for like 5.... or 7 months ... cuz of a ban... anyway im back ... made up a ticket for island owner change.... cuz i changed name ... i was dancraft23 etc etc but... it makes 2 days that it got bumped to the admins ... and yet no answer... well i mean... i am not very patient... .... maybe its just me and im like OOMG GO FASTER for no reasons but... 7 months ago.... wasn,t it faster ? i mean ... i posted several tickets in mym before.... and it never took that long ? even for an owner change... it never did... is something going on ? i think im just freakin out tho.... hug me /o/ <3 and srsly im not bitching 'bout it... i know everyones doing their best and all... i,ve seen them working before i know... im just worrying '^' is the staff slowly dyin ?
If your ticket requires an admin's attention you may have to be patient as we are very busy working on other server related issues, but you aren't forgotten.

Also keep in mind, staff are players and it looks like they got alot of new Jr.mods that need to be trained. So its normal for them to be a bit slower at this point.
You seem to have forgotten about your manners among other things. Just remember that most staff have jobs or even families. If it takes them time to respond, understand it is because they put priority in their lives over a virtual position. (Quite right, too)
