Implemented Tier 1 Rocket Problems On BT1

Hi, Im Fubar, And i play on bt1, great server a little buggy but fine, anywho i just lost 4 tier 1 rockets shortly after crafting them, it the 3 chest ones that seem to be a problem. I will repost if the is more on this, but the return policy might need to be tweeked cause items that require a big amount of resources to make vanishing into thin air is a bit of a bummer, esp. when your only answer is just pretty much S.O.L.

Also these are handed out as Vote Rewards. Often times there are players with 10+ rockets willing to share/sell them.
