    I bought tier 5 roughly 20 minutes ago and still have not received it, help?

    You have your tier if you do /kits you should see the kits you selected and the + symbol will appear after a restart

    Sorry had read it wrong, i dont have access to the payment records so this is a issue for either a Director or Founder

    There is nothing on record from the last 3 days from someone with a similar name. Did you use the paymentwall gateway? If so please contact their support and ask what is holding the process back.
