1.) blood moons can randomly start fires, its worthwhile not to build your island out of planks the first time around unless you really really like exchanging blocks 2.) sledgehammers from Tinkers can be used as a Nihilo hammer for crushing, a stone one with a diamond and an emerald is easy to repair and pretty decently early on 3.) mechanical users can also be attached to an array of sieves and is an alternative to the waterwheels. The waterwheels can be faster as you can have loads of them, but each wheel doesnt sync the turning with the other ones 4.) cooked apples and pineapple pizza (does not contain pineapple) are good food 5.) zinc armour or ruby (sieve crushed netherrack) are vanilla recipes outside of the normal armour crafting 6.) quantum tanks are very cheap for the amount of liquid they can store 7.) quantum batteries can store a lot of power and are cheap (the Mek heat gen is probably the earliest way to charge the battery or a laser, but only 30 rf/t) 8.) the better furnaces have an early game ore doubling smelting, or quadrupling for nether ores 9. you can get wither skellies to spawn in a mob trap (no need for witch water) shoggs will also spawn in certain biomes and will vaporise your mobfarm if you dont plan it out (shoggs cant be killed by a mob masher)
Here's a Tip don't play till Kappa is released as it's pretty simple to get to the point where your grinding for infinity
I don't understand, surely kappa would be (more) of a grind? I dont know enough about the pack to know if nomal gets grindy in end game (to be fair a few packs do for one reason or another) I've heard that po3 normal can be likened to po2 titan. po3 titan isnt even in testing yet and kappa wont be until after that [doublepost=1549870709,1549819036][/doublepost] also blaze powder, it seems
People who don't want to pay patron to access the server, or people who can't afford it and want to play the pack
It is intended that you end up in the nether, but I think you can then progress there to get back without dieing.
it was unintended that we had access to the /is spawn command. In single player or other servers, thats generally not available. Ur supposed to get stuck in the nether if you fall off your island/platform. Then what sand said comes into play.
So the default for unforgiving void is to make the player spawn with obsidian. This was of course changed in the pack to justify the overworld apples.
Do not throw a tinkers tool on the ground... it creates an infinite loop of them on the ground. Do not try to shift click 4 speed upgrades into an extra utilities item like resonator or transfer node when it already has 1-3 in it. Things that make your game mad at you and crash and/or lag bad and have to restart
What do you mean by an infinite loop? The item starts spinning round and round and round forever? If that was what you meant, thats an issue from the item physics mod that we are being forced to use. id love to play the pack without that mod and use vanilla physics for dropped blocks again. Does the same thing to Astral sorcery lenses on relays.
hence why i said we are being forced to use that mod if it were optional, i would disable it immediately.
Good news everyone! do the first 2 water research things and staffs and you should in theory have access to the water crystals needed for good old growth crystals.
do not to try to shift click items into something (besides ME/chest/storage) if what ur clicking makes more then 64 in the "something" ur putting them in, May cause bad things to happen. (personal experience XD ) as my game has crashed many times, with different mods/items. example, using transfer node to input items into Pneumaticcrafts pressure chamber. You have 64 black plastic on you, and u see that there is 20 Black plastic still remaining in the transfer node. Shift click the 64 in inventory to transfer them. Minecraft stops responding, open up Message and Errors console, to force close MC.
