    I tried to make the tome but can't find recipe in Nei and the recipe I found in the wiki doesn't work.
    I checked the banned items list but its not on there so ..... what am I missing here?

    Found this in the script files for Project Ozone Lite.
    recipes.remove(<xreliquary:alkahestry_tome:*>);
    This means it has been disabled by the pack author
