Done Transferring from old account to new one

I recently bought a new account that I will be using and wanted to transfer accounts from my old one to my new and was informed to create a forum post and comment with both accounts.

 

This is my old account and I worded that a little incorrectly I would the account to be loaded onto this character if possible rather than that one because that is my backup email and I will most likely forget that I used it.
