Implemented Twilight Forest and /back

    So, I have two issues in Modsauce:
    • I can't travel to the Twilight Forest. When I try to go through a Portal that's been set up for the Twilight Forest, an error appears on screen:
      Code:
      InvalidWorldException: The specified world"DIM7" is not a valid world.
<<main code>>:navigation.bind:160
    • /back doesn't work between dimensions (missing the essentials.worlds.<world,DIM-1, etc.> permissions). I don't know if this is intended or not.

    Both should be fixed with the next restart.

    The permission issue is fixed, but I still can't get into the Twilight Forest (same error message)
