Done un protected island

ok so im a tier 4 member and me and my friend jacksonthebarb have moved to our donator island and have found that is is not protected like normal islands and we need admin or some one to help with the unprotected island so our stuff is not griefed or our stuff is taken sence it is not our falt

 

first do /is and make sure your island is locked, then make a ticket using /ticket, after doing so come here and click the tickets button that should be somewhere above, and fill out the ticket, which gives them; location, server, dimension and other things, and more staff are active on ticket system than the forums usually

i genuinely have no clue here, the area that the island is created in in the overworld should be bound to the person who created it, as it uses a "block" system, in which massive chunks of land are layed out in sets and when someone created a new island either a new block is created and an island copied onto it or an old block is re-used (this is from skyblock servers i have run in the past with friends) so if it is using that system, its likely it's reusing an old block that was unlocked?
