Done Unable to claim any quest rewards

Hello!

I just started playing on this server about two days ago with a couple friends of mine and we formed our own party. Another one of my friends joined today, he was unable to accept any of our previous quest rewards. In addition, when he left the party, he could not accept any rewards from quests that he completed. The buttons inside the book to claim rewards did not appear for him. My guess is that his player data could be reset in order to fix this problem.

His username is DishSope, I will tell him to get on the server whenever anyone who can help responds to this post. He should be making a login for this forum, so that may make things easier.

 

Firstly HQM makes it so that if a player joins their book is at the same point as your so they cant complete quests you done and collected rewards from

Secondly do you mean that he completed afterwards or before he left?
