Update the Market 'Sold' Line

    To the Devs,

    If you are bored on a Sunday night, may you update the Market 'Sold" line?

    Change the ?a & ?f to &a and &f to add color.
    Update the item# to show the item name.
    Add the $ of the item.

    [Market] You sold your listing of Leather Bag for 75mym.

    Can we have that Date & Time a little smaller with /market history and the name of the item added?

    Maybe just: 8/21/1 15:15:17

    Well I'm quite sure this one is hardcoded, but I will make sure tomorrow. The id can't be changed to the name as the plugin doesn't know it.
