Done Upgrade Rank T1 to T2

    Hi,

    I have again the problem, that i made all the purchase things, with my name YTSmokeX at the Shop.
    I had the problem before and one of the admins, helped me out on Slack (which is down at the moment).

    I upgraded to T2 from T1, but get again the same problem. But the purchase is done.
    Whats going on?

    How long ago have you made the purchase? It can take up to 30min. from purchase until after a server restart.

    And I made sure to note the issue of the chat link not working to our admins. Thank you for pointing that out!

    Can you please let us know if this is still an issue after a server restart? We'll go from there.

    No problem, but i done this before the restart.
    After the restart, i tested it, but doesnt recieved anything. Not /kit or the rank.[DOUBLEPOST=1481416690,1481404189][/DOUBLEPOST]#Push

    I am going to ask you to make a ticket ( do /ticket create when in game) instead so that way responses are private.
    When you do make it can you please provide the information you have here along with your transaction ID that you should have received to the e-mail you used.

    Generally for things like this within 24 hours.

    2 Hours from now on, and 24 Hours are gone. :)
    Last time at my first purchase for T1, i got support on Slack, which is done in ~5 min. hmm :)

    Please understand that it is the weekend and we're all here on a volunteer basis. I understand you want to have this issue over with asap, so please just be patient. Your ticket is already being looked into as well.

    Thank you for filling one out. Because of this I'm going to mark this as done since the issue will be resolved in the ticket.
