Paid via Paypal around Dec 16th. for upgrade to tier 5 and accompanying kit. I had upgraded to Tier 4 in September 2016 that's all that's showing in my account.
I suggest to make a ticket (as soon as you're able to) and along with this information include your Transaction ID you should've received in the e-mail you used to make the payment with. This way it'll be easier for us to figure out what may be going on. Note: reason I'm asking to make a ticket as we'd like to keep that ID number confidential.
Hi Collin, the rank upgrade worked perfectly on the 18th of December. The only thing that was missing was the sync to the old 1.6.4 servers (agrarian, crash landing, b-team), which I just fixed. I assume this was related to one of the 1.6.4 servers, if not please let me know which server.
