3 Days ago I made a ticket about my island getting reset because my friend was not on for almost 2 weeks. In those 3 days not much happened except it being forwarded to a higher level, so far no response from that higher level. The island I am on is from __cbitt and he has been offline for 13 days now. Could the island be transferred over before the next day so I don't have to start all over again? Thanks in advance
Hey Baswortman, As you were able to speak with Wolfi today about this subject and were able to talk through this issue as well as having the ticket in I will go ahead and mark this thread as done. We're sorry for the delay in response however we never overlook any issues. There's lots going on and admins are always the ones who are most busy with issues. Please try to keep any further information, etc. within the ticket so we can contain all contact there rather than in multiple places. Thank you for reaching out!
