So, a few recipes (unbanned items) call for melon seeds .. such as the torch from extra utilities, potions, etc. However, the melon seeds are no where to be found .. unless you know of a way i don't .. ?? i've sieved probably 20 stacks of dirt and nada - also i've spawned maybe 50 villagers and none of them trade them. Am i missing something here .. ?? Also, pumpkin seeds are no where to be found either. .... BTW, everyone has been saying to sieve dirt .. yet i've tried and in NEI it doesn't show that you can. Are they banned but just not listed as such .. ?? Thank you for any input you have.
Someone offered advice about looking in those netherrack chests - this helped, and found 2 potions without having to craft them. i believe it was Biochip - i think that's how you spell it.
