What does the "Has very low residual capacitance" mean?

Doesn't it mean it has no internal buffer?

When 2 conductors are seperated from eachother they have a capacitance. In passive elements (elements that don't do stuff like an actual condensator) this capacitence is called "risidual capacitence". This effect causes multiple changes in how this conductor behaves. I'm not gonna explain all the things it does, but let's just say when it's low the cable doesn't "resist" the current as much. The cable says that because it is cryo stabilised -> very cold (superconductor) and thus doesn't resist that current.

The effect is mostly harmfull in electronics. Circuits have multiple conductors next to eachoter, seperated by "insulator".

    (plz don't make this a science war :I )
