seems like the beginning of the error is missing, can you see if there was something before?

my guess is that your firewall/antivir software is blocking the connection, can you check this?

 

Try reinstalling Java and making sure that when your firewall settings pop up allow inbound and outbound traffic from Java, or maybe reinstall the my launcher to see if you accidentally clicked no for the firewall settings for that. And if that doesn't work reply here and I'll go through with you step by step how to configure the firewall.
