Why can't I make a nova catalyst

I need to make a destruction catalyst and I cant make nova catalysts

 

Banned 'cause world destruction.

 

so are morning stars banne too?

The destruction catalyst is uncraftable because nova catalysts are banned because they could bypass claims. It’s an oversight I have brought up in the past but nothing was done about it
But no morning stars are not banned.
