Withers in all non-overworld dimensions

Pretty much this. It's logical to assume you're not going to be to any other dimension before the nether, and it'd be helpful to spawn them in other dimensions. For example, being able to spawn them in the last millenium would allow people to make farms without having to worry about the resets, which works great with the new claim blocks in other dimensions.

 

This should already be possible, what server are you talking about this not working?

 

Project Ozone 2 (normal) isnt allowing me to spawn withers in the last millenium

 

Same on regrowth cant spawn infarmworlds

 

afaik you can spawn them in runic dungeons dimension, if your pack has the mod
