    I am making new base but there is village groin near my base can i continue with dirt ?

    If the structures are naturally generated and you are not destroying anything that belongs to another player then you should be able to terraform whatever you need to in your own area. If that village is in your area then so be it.

    Just be careful you dont destroy anything that belongs to any other players. That would be griefing.
