After talking to vanroden thought i would make this post. the server has banned iodine capsules to stop people from making it rain constantly. something similar can be done with blood magic to summon rain on demand (the rain also last many mine-craft days) This is a very cheap ritual from the imperfect ritual stone. another thing this imperfect ritual stone can do is make it night on demand. also very cheap and can be constantly used. aka you are able to make it night time... forever. (this cant be automated has to be done by a player.) If you go to blood magic's forum page it has information under items->rituals-> weak rituals sub tab. up to you what u want to do with it. but if u wish to ban it, the imperfect ritual stone is only used for four rituals of minor consequence so just stoping the crafting of imperfect ritual stone should do it.
