Implemented YouTube Ranks?

Hello i am a you-tuber called voltech gaming, i am about to hit 2k subs and i was wondering if i put your server and information about it Saying join now Ect. if in return i can get a rank I do not care if it gives me anything extra like /back or anything like that it makes the game less fun!

I just saw something the other day on @__Tiny__ 's co-admin application. I think it is a good idea to give our youtubers something special, however I think as an admin team we would need to get together and discuss requirments, and what perks youtubers should be able to recieve. Would you be willing to give us a week or so to discuss it? I do think its a good idea but there is alot of thought and alot of work that should go into it.

 

Yes, i would a very big community helped it would be nice to get the news this weekend but it is ok to wait, Pleas do not barrie this in the "Forgotten Folder" XD

Just to make sure this gets mentioned, I'd say that the rank, if it's happening, covers more than 1 type of media (aka make the tag something general like "streamer" to cover twitch and such as well).

 

I Find this question a bit strange coming from a youtuber. It is my experience (watching that is) that most youtubers that play on online servers almost always do so incognito. Or mostly even on white listed servers. There are different reasons for this. For one, the biggie, stop trollers from appearing, or even searching heaven and earth for them, to then instantly kill them, or similar behavior. Even mentioning the name of a server is enough to create pandemonium. I think the same goes for most streamers as well. That you mention the general name of the server I could somewhat understand. So if possible, could you explain your reasoning behind this question? I would love to know why you stray from the norm that most youtubers/streamers seem to follow.

Unfortunatly at this time a "Youtube" rank is not something that we are interested in. Thank you for bringing the idea up to us but it doesn't seem like a good fit for our servers. That being said we hope to continue to see you around.

Just a quick question, why would you need a special rank to do a series on a Minecraft modpack/server? I mean theres nothing stopping you doing it without the rank, I know many people who do stream/record minecraft both on this server and on others who dont get given special ranks/treatment for doing so.
