FTB Monster, the upcoming Feed The Beast flagship modpack is in beta but already online under our roof. To join it launch the recommended version of the Monster modpack in the Feed The Beast Launcher and connect to the following adress:

Monster Modpack

The FTB Monster Modpack with more than 175 mods is the biggest Modpack from the FTB Team although it is still in beta. It will be the new flagship modpack for Feed The Beast and replace the last great work of them, the Unleashed Modpack soon. It aims to deliver the user as much content as possible form technic mods to magic mods. It includes a new big mod which rquires a lot of brain mass, Rotarycraft and of course all the big mods we already now from the older modpacks like: Buildcraft, TinkersConstruct, ThermalExpansion, IndustrialCraft, Thaumcraft... Nevertheless it doesn´t include Redpower as the mod got not updated. But there is a rebuild with most of the features of RedPower, called Project Red. If you are new to modded Minecraft and the enumerated mods are new to you, this might not be the best modpack to start with as all the content might be just too much for some people and revoke the fun.

FTB Monster Server

If you join us on the FTB Monster Server, please be aware that the modpack is still in beta and so the server. There are unsovled bugs which might limit the fun. If you keep this back in your mind we would love to welcome you on our Feed The Beast Monster Server. We work very hard to build the server as stable as possible and our experience which has grown over the last year helps us to provide one of the most stable Monster Servers out. Our concept is to keep everything as simple as possible for you to allow a fast and easy getting in and provide maximum quality/stability on this level. We host our servers on dedicated machines with modern CPUs (E3-1270v3 one of the worlds best single thread cpus on the market atm), ECC RAM and a direct level3 backbone connection which reduces the latency over long distances. This gives us the maximum of possiblities in performance, which will never be enough for a big modded server but we make the best out of it ;).
