Ive already read through these... Seems like I'm not the only player who has felt this way about the matter. But as I said above, I will simply bite my tongue.

I have however seen that the staff on MyM have repeatedly said that open chat is not the place to dicuss sexuality, gender, race, religion or politics, so maybe it should be an actual rule?

 

There are plenty of unspoken but widely known rules, there's plenty of rules we don't state that are enforced, such as don't share your password, although we don't enforce that, common sense does

 

Whilst this may be the case, this topic has clearly come up more than once, simply adding a line to rules would make it crystal clear, that was all that I was suggesting

I don't talk about my sex life in chat. You don't need 'special rules' for discussing your own sex life in chat. Stop being a selfish special snowflake and play the darned game.

I can see what he means but the execution was done wrong this is why it sparked such outrage, however i do believe that the banned item list does need updating to bring it to 2016 not 1995
