I don't think it is NEI. I'm sure it is a specific item in the NEI. Probably texture issue. @Dwarfeh__ Please still try if you can reproduce the issue without the CivilisedIdeas mod.

Yes I looked up Wyvern armour and my game crashed immediatly. I could work without NEI, there's always a wiki . Thank you guys for helping me fix this problem. Ill make sure to post if there's more issues.!
