Its not NEI anymore is JEI (Just Enough Items) and they are enabled as they dont give you an advantage

 

Oh Okay sorry but still if he pays when they are enabled he wont be kicked as long as he has tier 3

i just use the pixelmon launcher

 

I have a nice pack of mods, has WAILA and what not in it, I sent it to @LucidTheStick and he said he would send it to you guys. Is that what you are using for the launcher?

 

Would you like a zip file of the mods, configs already created and everything.
