NOTE: At first, sorry if my English isn't well enough I learnt you blocked summoning mechanic of the Blood Magic, and its a needed thing for endgame players. Players need it to summon a demon and drop a Demon Crystal, which helps you to spawn a demon and with killing that demon you activate the ritual "Convocation of the damned". And for that players can't summon a demon to all of this. The ritual i'm talking about is a way to get Life Shards easier but just for endgame players (needs 18000000LP to activate). I know you will say there is also an another way to get life shards, BUT that way is for early-mid game players and slow because of that. And I know that you blocked mechanic because it causing performance issues. My point is its designed to get Life Shards by two ways: 1- The first one is for early-mid game players and slow (Tier 1-2-3 Blood Altar (You cant get it with a altar higher than tier 3)) 2- Second one is for end game players and fast (With the way i described above) The second way is blocked and when i talked to Tipsied he/she said there is 1 remaining way, but it needs to be with 2 ways. MY SUGGESTION is let players use second way, too. Change mechanic or ritual to something doesnt cause lag and of course for endgame players. Lovely...
Hi Loger2no, Thank you for submitting a suggestion. For anyone interested, the thread talking about summoning demons on Agrarianskies2 can be found here. It looks like Loger2no and many other players are frustrated at the fact that the "quicker/easier" way of obtaining necessary items is disabled. Therefore, the only way to obtain these items is by a slower early game method. Maybe revisiting the idea of buying or trading this item at spawn via a sign (like the demon blood crystal) could be an alternative solution for end game players. -Tipsied
Did you read that thread? Kronn said - so no signy or changy. Use t4/t5 tier altar to make life shards then use blood alchemy to change them to soul shards. If you're playing at Agrarian skies you can use this setup of mine. It takes ~10 seconds per life shard(sometimes it dont work because of lag or wrong chunk loading but its perfect at it's simplicity) I dont play AS2 for long time so i dont remember names of blocks but there is a simple AND gate. Torch with lever is to manipulate between t4/5 to tier 3 altar between processing. 2nd redstone torch is connected to negation from block(it's from sanguimancy or other blood magic addon) that checks how many LP is in altar - when it drops to specific level it turns off and activate AND gate and change t4/5 altar into t3 to craft life shard!!! If this scrap tutoral on this setup is nat enough I can make a whole new big tutorial thead how this works

Maybe not but that is closest to solve his problem, I hope. For long i had same problem and i came with this "Swich T4/5 to T3 altar" setup on AS2. Idk if other modpacks with Blood Magic have Sanguimancy, short survey let me remind that strange block is Altar Emitter. Its essential to proper work of this setup cuz manually operate of switching t4 to t3 process is hard to handle [doublepost=1502266655][/doublepost] Piston and redstone path is connected by Redcrystals they allow to vertically transport of signal ofc you can make some block steps to connect AND gate to piston if they are not included in modpack. BTW about what modpack we talk about in 1st place?

(TLR) To sum it up, Jaded who made the pack changed and disabled all sorts of things, because she thought they were too easy. Therefore, you have to use the tools she left you with, because we are not going to change the pack for an easier mechanic that was not intended by the author.
