Start the modpack and see which mod is missing.

Hey i see this topic has been closed without a solution, but i have the same problem when i try to startup regrowth.
The extra info i can get is that it is my viruskiller (avast) blocking a url:mal and i think avast blocks it when trying to download carpenters blocks (not sure here, only saw it briefly in the console logging.). The url that avast blocks is

    http : / / update.mym.li/regrowth/objects/30/be/30bect32accdead87d7302770b77e294a94c7f54

I have Been googling this for a while and i cant seem to find a solution except that this was also reported on the avast forum by themba3 and avast stated that they fixed something, removed domain (problably from there url:mal list) but there was no follow up on that topic nor a confirmation that it works.

I hope this can give you guys more insight in this problem with wich you can solve my problem with launching?

    Kind regards
    Larry

There is nothing we can do. Avast needs to fix their false positive and you should be able to whitelist it.

Thank you for the quick reply.
Is there someone who follows this up with avast? Because in the thread on the avast forum they told that they removed the domain name.

    Regards Larry
