Done Connection Error

    Everytime I crash in the server due to my internet derping out this happens when I try to relog (Images Below)
    This is everytime I login the second time
    Restarting the client seems to fix it but its just rly annoying
    Any Ideas?

    Is this on Agrarian Skies 2? Cause if so it's an issue with the pack that's in the works of being fixed by the pack author.
