More time on ban appeals

I was hoping we can get more follow through ban appeal. I swear to god, I didn't take nor grief. All I wanted was a staff member to get online and review the ban and tell me the details. Instead staff leaves you out of it and tells you to just accept it. I haven't left my plot for over a day! This is one of my biggest fears is being wrongfully prosecuted like this and just want a more thorough resolution. What I am left with is the feel of disdainment from staff. I know I was pestery. But, after spending I would guess 15 hours playing, within a day or 2. I would like it to be looked more into.

 

You are allowed plenty of time on ban appeals. Go eat dinner, take a shower, the appeal will still be there.

 

Ban appeals take a LONG time to look at, prism doesn't work easily, look, if it's less than a week, it's not worth it, these things take a LONG time to look into as i said

 

Still banned. Still didn't steal anything. But, its the tools fault for not being able to show the full story I guess. It shows I visited, but never stole anything.

 

YOU don't know that, also, you were banned for greifing UNPROTECTED land, seriously

 

First - you posted your ban appeal like 5 hours ago - Most of the administrative staff that handles this isn't even awake yet, and those that ARE are busy fixing crashes, and doing regular server maintenance.

Second - When a player is banned, it is because another player discovered their property has been tampered with, and has put in a ticket, made a forum post, or otherwise gotten the attention of a staff member to investigate. The staff member has investigated, using our player action tracking plugin called Prism - It logs pretty much everything done by anyone to a database, it logs what you did, what you broke, what you took, dropped, and put back.

Third - Please review our rules at Rules - MineYourMind 5.0 Had you followed those rules, you wouldn't have gotten banned.

Fourth - Please review our rules at Rules - MineYourMind 5.0 - Griefing an unclaimed area IS STILL GRIEFING.

 

I never stole anything and any blocks broken were replaced. Nothing was damaged or taken. The only "grief" I can think of was laying out more agricraft crops on the farm to make the plants spread. But, I am sorry for any further confusion. I was agitated for being called a thief.

 

If this was true then the victim would of never noticed that anything was taken and therefore a ticket would of never been submitted. Am I wrong in assuming that?

 

Additionally, from my prior time as a moderator, I can say that Prism would note if you put items back. If you got banned, it means it didn't, meaning you didn't.
