When I say 1.8 modpacks, I am talking about 1.8.9, and making servers 1.8.x packs would help with the move to 1.9 modpacks at some point.
FTB Unstable 1.8 would be interesting. Might not actually be stable enough for MYM, but it is a 1.8 modpack, which I haven't really seen on MYM...
