    Done no jungles to get ocelots(crackpack)

    You have to use the Tablet of Necromancy from Thaumic Tinkerer. You can make an ocelot using that.

    Done Texture's Aren't Working

    It might be related to the Anisotropic filtering, it's in the modpack's FAQ. Turn it off if its on.
