Done if i upgrade my rank, that apply to all of mym servers?

im considering about buy a rank
but if i buy a rank once, that will apply to all mym server for permanently?
and what about kits?
if i can have one kit, and i receive a kit on infinity 1. i cant receive other kit on infinity 3 SA ?

 

and i want to know maximum number of claim blocks that a person can have.
because im planning to build a town with my friends

 

Ranks are global throughout the entire network. As for maximum of claimblocks, I don't believe there's a set capped limit, since you're able to get them thru myms, donating for a rank, and voting everyday.

You're able to use the kit(s) on each server that has the kit enabled every 24 hours.

Nero has a lot of donator perks disabled to improve the experience of the modpack. For example if you are wanting to donate to tier 4 so you can fly on nero, you will not be able to as fly is disabled for everyone. Some donor perks work, while others will not. I believe (dont quote me on it) that Nero allows for up to tier 3 perks. Anything beyond that is disabled.
