Done claim transfer help (ticket system won't let me create)

    • Hello there, I'm playing on the direwolf20 1.7.10 under the name of super_why (the forums won't give me an option to change my name here at all) and i'm trusted in a claim that's about to be removed soon, i can get the co-ords if they're needed for the claim.. also the title says the ticket system won't let me make a ticket, not sure why, i only have 3 created.. Idk if you guys have a limit on how many can be created by any one person but i tried doing it via game and via the forum link and both won't let me create a ticket.. if i do it via the game i get this error, "Restricted
      You have no jurisdiction here.. :-("

    Hello!

    Regarding the ticket error, try and sync your username to the forums by clicking the cog wheel on the top right corner then click UPDATE USERNAME.

    The forums is listing your account as super_why as well as brisky_boy
    Maybe the @Administrator team can peak at backend and see why that is while the Senior Mods transfer the claim
