This is a question I don't recall ever asking or having seen asked; why is weather control banned? I could understand time control due to it usually involving tick-rates, but weather seems more or less harmless. Could be great if you need to get charged creepers, or want to run a lightning rod, or want to get rid of some rain for solar panels. It seems harmless, though I'm sure there's a proper reason for it. Perhaps allow weather control in places like the Farm World?
Get rid of the rain? Good luck, if theres few ppl who spam rainmakers or anything that makes rain all the time. Also remember rain causes few fps drop and evil mobs can spawn.
