Hey, it was brought to my attention that the whole network has connection delays/issues/timeouts the last two days. In order to narrow the issue down I could need your help by answering these few questions. Please answer them even if someone else did already: Did you experience it? On which servers did you experience it or did not? How bad was/is it? (average delay, disconnects..) Where are you from? Do you think it is time related, if so please include the time period, if possible in CEST Anything you might have noticed and if you have the experience to run some tests like traceroutes a few results and your personal conclusion I hope we can solve this issue real quick with your support.
I have no clue what you're using the word shuttering for in this sentence. The only time I have ever heard shuttering used is when referring to wooden planks used as a makeshift structure. Or for those things that close on the outside window
Wenn ich dich richtig verstanden habe, sucht du Unterbürche, Timeout und sonstige Serverprobleme. Heute Mittag zwischen 12:30 und 12:45Uhr hatte ich das Problem, dass ich Blöcke nicht setzen konnte. Beim Setzen der Blöcke verschwanden diese gleich und waren auch nicht mehr im Inv. Durch das Sortieren des Inv waren diese wieder am alten Platz im Inv. Der Fehler konnte nur behoben werden durch abmelden und neu am Server anmelden. Das Problem tratca. 5min nach dem vorigen Problem wieder auf und wiederholte sich total ca. 3x. Nach 13:00 konnte ich keine Probleme mehr feststellen. TPPI CH (Wolfenschiessen) Keine Unregelmässigkeiten im Internet feststellen können (Webradio). Jedoch keine aktiven Überwachungen ausgeführt (Ping, Traceroute...)

Horizons about a minute or so happens in bursts, often when you log in also occasionally at random, often continue (with gaps in between each burst about 10 min gap between each 1 min burst) until server crashes/restarts

it may be just me and my poor old system, but every few seconds I will freeze up for a few seconds and then unfreeze, eventually I'll crash
restart your ftb and remove any viruses from your system if it's 10 years old though just buy a new one
I have no viruses, and restarting doesn't help. as for your suggestion, are you going to pay for me to get a new computer, I don't think so, don't you think I'd have gotten a new one if I had money, I really wish people would understand that not all of us can afford new computers, we deal with what we have. not only that, but at this time I wouldn't buy a windows 8 computer if you paid me, microsoft has gone to the dogs lately, windows xp was their last good OS.
I'm using windows 8 and in fact, the only thing I don't like about windows 8 is all the changes to get used to. Windows 8 also has the best performance when playing games. Sent using Tapatalk on IPhone
Depends on what games you are talking about. Since the latest version of DirectX is only available on windows 8 that makes windows 8 superior in games that use DirectX, such as Battlefield 4. Sent using Tapatalk on IPhone I also know for a fact that windows 8 is better since I upgraded to windows 8 only because of the FPS improvement in battlefield 4.
