You make a fair point here, I must confess.
Many packs require players to wait for resources to collect, dj2 included. Waiting for a few additional resources doesn't really change the pack...
It's not a horrible idea, bit I personally think it's fairly simple to just slap down a couple more loaders for each chunk you need loaded.

There were no claims set, so I'll ping a @Senior Moderator to take a look.
I'll load up and check if you have a claim, but afaik moderators don't have the tools to find a base without a claim or home set.
I can't see this being implemented, considering it would be a severe change to the chunk-loading system. I'll go ahead and ping an @Administrator...
