Tier 5 is a lifelong perk and absolutely worth its money, I don't see any reason to make it cheaper or give more incentives.

The problem is that a restart just hides the underlying issue and it is just a temporary fix.
You don't need 14gb assigned in mym launcher. 8gb is more than enough.
