I would say Something along the lines of If you die and get hundreds of graves, break them right away. It is a known issue.
Perhaps to prevent the constant surprise by the glitch, there could be a broadcast message about it?

Yes with this issue, crash landing is unplayable.
Block Ids 3501 - 3511 should be able to be mined. These are the broken versions of things like the smeltery, high oven, turbines, and reactors....
I think its fixed now
