currently you can get /pc from being a teir 3 + donator and can get /pheal for being teir 4+
ive been getting the same issues and my ram is set at 4 GBS try adding optifine seems to be the only solution that atleast slows the issue
there is no way to remove it and disabling it is also as far as i know not possible just do what i do and throw it on the ground and run off :p...
it did for me but may take a bit and i was lucky as i was right next to a pool

Well OK for a fact in 1.7 u get kicked when u don't most move but area still clicking
they do not afk kick is based around movment so w,a,s,d keys auto right/left clicking is fine
You are allowed aslong as it does not effect any server restrictions like afk kick or makes it unfair to other players very similar to auto...
you can always ... make your own :P
