Do a lot of Flux, Flux will help spawn Angry Zombies and other creature like wisps. Flux is easily obtain with cauldron.
Do you have it on Java 7 or 8? Try change from one to another to see if that works.
I think you have a Java 32 bits, for allocating more memory simply upgrade Java for 64 bits. I think that might solve your problem.
